What types of jewellery do you sell?
We offer a wide range of handcrafted jewellery including bangles, earrings, rings, oxidised jewellery, and complete sets — designed and manufactured by us.
Are your products handcrafted?
Yes. Every piece at Mankairoop is designed and crafted by us, blending traditional artistry with modern designs.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes across India. COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
What are your shipping charges?
Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
A standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499
How long will delivery take?
Metro cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 working days
Remote/rural areas: 5–8 working days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to check your delivery status in real time.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. You must provide an unboxing video as proof, and raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. A ₹100 return/restocking fee applies.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or wrong items, as well as size-related products (where applicable). A ₹150 exchange fee may apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. For bulk or export enquiries, please contact us directly.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
Store jewellery in a dry place, away from moisture
Avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, or harsh chemicals
Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use
Store in separate pouches to prevent scratches

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Prepaid order cancellations are refunded within 1–2 working days.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 8–15 working days once your return is approved and received. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
