At Mankairoop, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, and Ecom Express.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

• Prepaid orders are prioritized for dispatch

• COD orders may require verification via call or message before processing

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

• Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499

• A ₹49 standard shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499

• In rare cases, remote location surcharges may apply (customers will be notified in advance)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

• A shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number

• A link to track your shipment in real time on the courier partner's website

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Delays & Unavailable Delivery Areas

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or events beyond our control

• If your pin code is unserviceable, we will contact you to cancel the order and issue a full refund

7. Missed or Undelivered Packages

• If the delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, an additional attempt may be made

• If the courier is unable to reach you, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch

• Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate and reachable

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD is available for select pin codes

• A nominal COD handling charge may apply (if applicable)

• All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled

9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. For bulk or export inquiries, please contact our team directly.
